Terms & Conditions for Appliance Repair Services

By accessing, browsing, or scheduling service through AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros.com or via telephone at (470) 847-9076, you ("Customer," "Client," or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must refrain from using our website, scheduling service appointments, or engaging our technicians.

AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros provides professional residential and light commercial kitchen appliance repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and parts replacement across Atlanta and East Metro Atlanta.

We reserve the right to refuse service or decline repair on appliances deemed unsafe, obsolete, or tampered with by uncertified third parties.

Service appointments may be requested online or scheduled by phone. All requested time slots are subject to technician availability and route optimization.

An appointment is confirmed once our dispatch office provides verbal, text, or email confirmation. Standard arrival windows are provided as two to four-hour windows. Our dispatch team or technician will make reasonable efforts to contact you prior to arrival.

Diagnostic Fee: A standard diagnostic call fee applies to every service visit. This fee covers the technician's travel, time, and thorough diagnostic inspection. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair at the time of diagnosis, the service fee is applied directly toward your total repair cost.

Estimates: Written or verbal estimates are provided before repairs commence. Additional parts or labor discovered during deep repair will be communicated for approval before work continues.

Payment Methods: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service visit. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Unpaid balances past 15 days are subject to late fees as allowed by Georgia law.

We understand schedule changes happen. Please notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled arrival window to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice, or instances where a technician arrives at the service location and cannot gain access within 15 minutes of arrival, may incur a standard missed appointment / trip fee.

Parts Warranty: New replacement parts installed by our certified technicians are backed by the manufacturer's warranty or our standard 90-day parts warranty, whichever is greater.

Labor Warranty: Our repair workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completed service. If the exact same symptom recurs within the labor warranty period due to our installation workmanship, we will re-inspect and resolve the issue at no additional labor charge.

Exclusions include pre-existing appliance flaws, water damage, electrical power surges, pest infestations, or subsequent user abuse/misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the State of Georgia, AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from service delays, utility outages, food spoilage, floor or water damage resulting from existing faulty plumbing, or unexpected component failures.

Our maximum aggregate liability under any circumstance is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the Customer for the specific repair service rendered.

To ensure safe and efficient service, the Customer agrees to:

• Provide a safe, clean, and well-lit workspace surrounding the targeted appliance.
• Ensure an adult (18 years or older) with authorization to approve repairs is present for the entire duration of the visit.
• Secure all household pets prior to the technician entering the property.
• Ensure clear access to utility shutoffs (water valves, electrical circuit breakers, gas line valves).

All content on AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros.com—including text, graphics, logos, brand markers, layout designs, and custom service guides—is the exclusive intellectual property of AtlantaKitchenAppliancePros and protected by federal and state laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution of site content without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any service disputes or legal claims arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal proceedings or arbitration shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated effective date.
